How much does delivery cost?
Delivery prices vary according to order weight/volume and delivery address postcode. The best way to calculate the delivery cost for a particular order is to partially complete the checkout process on our website, or email sales@potclays.co.uk for confirmation. If for any reason your delivery charge cannot be calculated at checkout, you will see a message explaining that our sales team will contact you with a quote. You will be under no obligation to accept this and have the right to cancel your order.
The following rates are for guidance only and were last checked in February 2025:
- Courier prices to UK standard postcode areas start at £7.80 (£6.50+VAT) for a small parcel up to 5kg in weight; 10kg parcel £11.40 (£9.50+VAT); 30kg parcel £12.60 (£10.50+VAT) and so on.
- Pallet haulage prices to UK mainland addresses start at around £100 (£84+VAT) for a full pallet on economy service, but rates depend heavily on volumetric weight and delivery address postcode.
We deliver throughout the UK and overseas using a trusted third party distribution network of couriers and pallet hauliers. Delivery is to kerbside or letterbox only. Pallets are non-returnable.
