How much does delivery cost?
Delivery prices vary according to order weight/volume and delivery address postcode. The best way to calculate the delivery cost for a particular order is to partially complete the checkout process on our website.
As a very general guide (correct Nov '23):-
- DHL courier prices to UK mainland addresses start at £7.80 (£6.50+VAT) for a "BagIt" parcel up to 1kg in weight.
- Pallet haulage prices to UK mainland addresses start at around £70 (£58+VAT) but depend heavily on consignment weight and delivery address postcode.
Your carriage charge will be calculated at checkout based upon the volumetric weight of your order, and your location. If for any reason your delivery charge cannot be calculated at checkout, you will see a message explaining that our sales team will contact you with a quote. You will be under no obligation to accept this and have the right to cancel your order.
We deliver throughout the UK and overseas using a trusted third party distribution network. We typically use DHL for parcels and TLP Group for pallets. Delivery is to kerbside or letterbox only. Pallets are non-returnable.
