Orders for Delivery

To give us the best chance of getting your order to you before Christmas, we ask that you please place your order by close of business on Wednesday 14 December. We will make every effort to despatch orders required for Christmas in good time.

Orders for Collection

Orders for collection must be placed as early as possible. To give us the best chance of preparing your order for collection before Christmas, we ask that you place it by close of business on Wednesday 14 December. Our showrooms and collection point are open to visitors until 3pm on Thursday 22 December.

Gift Vouchers

We guarantee email delivery of gift vouchers before Christmas, up until 3pm on Thursday 22 December. Vouchers are available in multiples of £25, £50 or £100, can be personalised with a short message, and are valid for 12 months. Please send your request to sales@potclays.co.uk. Due to expected Royal Mail strike action, unfortunately we can’t guarantee postal delivery of printed gift vouchers in time for Christmas.
