Clay Production Update

Unfortunately we were recently informed that one of our staple raw materials is no longer available.
This material is used in a number of our clay bodies and its unavailability has had a considerable impact on our clay production.
We have been working hard behind the scenes in the last few weeks to identify a suitable alternative material and recalculate our recipes accordingly. Prices are in the process of being reviewed due to the higher cost price of this raw material.
We are expecting delivery of the replacement material, and for affected clay production to recommence, within the next two weeks. However, it is likely to be 6-8 weeks minimum until we are on top of the production backlog caused by this disruption.
