We sometimes run special online-only promotions which we will advertise via our social channels and by email to our mailing list.

Most UK Potters' Associations Members: To apply for Potter's Association Discount, send an email with your proof of membership and renewal date so your account can be set up. If you don’t already hold an account with Potclays, please include your full name, address, postcode and mobile number to enable one to be set up for you. Once activated, when you are logged in to your Potclays account online at potclays.co.uk using the email address associated with your account, you will see discounted pricing. Discounts need to be renewed after 12 months, so please get back in touch with Potclays to reactivate the discounts.

Educational/charitable organisations: To apply, please send a cover letter on the organisation's official letterhead.

Students who are currently studying ceramics: To apply, please send proof of student status e.g. a photo of your student card.

Small businesses that re-sell our products, run a makerspace, or teach ceramics classes - to apply, please send an email with your company details, website and social media accounts.
