LAST ORDERS – CHRISTMAS 2021
Our upper showroom and collection point are open to visitors until close of business on Wednesday 22/12/21.
Our lower showroom will close a day earlier on Tuesday 21/12/21 to facilitate our stock-take.
Our phone lines only will be open until 11:00am on Thursday 23/12/21.
We reopen at 8.30am Monday 10/01/22.
DELIVERIES
To give us the best chance of getting your order to you before Christmas, we ask that you please place your order by close of business on TUESDAY 30 NOVEMBER.
Whilst we will make every effort to despatch orders required for Christmas in good time, we regret that we are not able to guarantee Christmas delivery due to unprecedented order volumes/a significant backlog, and global supply chain difficulties. We thank you for your understanding.
COLLECTIONS
Orders for collection must be placed as early as possible. To give us the best chance of preparing your order for collection before Christmas, we ask that you place it by close of business on TUESDAY 30 NOVEMBER. Our showrooms and collection point are open to visitors until close of business on Wednesday 22 December.
GIFT VOUCHERS
The good news is that we can guarantee email delivery of gift vouchers before Christmas, right up until close of business on Wednesday 22 December. Just send your request to sales@potclays.co.uk.
If you decide to ask us to post a gift voucher to you instead, we will use Royal Mail 1st Class Letter for UK addresses, so please note their last posting dates. Allow plenty of time for posting: Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe.
