COVID-19 UPDATE Wednesday 4 November

We'd like to thank you all for your messages of support over the past few days.

A number of us are continuing to isolate until early next week but we've been managing on a very limited staff to process online orders.

Unfortunately our showrooms remain closed, and with the government's recent announcement of Lockdown 2, this will be the case until at least 2 December.

Our non‐contact collection slots are temporarily suspended but we hope to reinstate these as soon as we can.

Warehouse and production operations will continue during lockdown in line with our daily risk assessments and stringent safety measures. We'll be busy producing clay, building kilns, receiving re-stock shipments and picking/packing orders for despatch via post, courier and pallet haulier - doing our very best to keep you stocked up with supplies.

Order turnaround aim is up to 14 working days (order date to delivery date)
