Ceramics is Lesley McShea’s life-long passion and she has been perfecting her craft for over 25 years. Lesley is a selected member of the Contemporary Potters' Association and the London Potters. Her pieces have been featured in group exhibitions since 1982 and she has been a regular participant in open studios. Lesley was born in Lancashire, England, trained in Australia and is now based in Stoke Newington, running workshops for adults in her studio. Lesley's work is mainly White Grogged Stoneware 157-4230 or White St Thomas 150-1106, wheel thrown and electric kiln fired to 1220c. Her new work is available at CPA Contemporary Ceramics Centre, Great Russell Street, London, also Handmade in Britain online shop as "Church Street Workshops".
