Christmas Closure 2024

Our Last Orders deadline for Christmas delivery has now passed. Orders placed after 9th December are likely to be despatched in the New Year. Potclays is closed from Friday 20 December to Monday 6 January, during which time our team won’t be available to process orders or respond to any enquiries. If you have any questions at all in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Orders for Delivery
We're expecting two 40ft container deliveries from the USA in December which will cause some delays to order processing, so to give us the best chance of getting your order to you before Christmas, we ask that you please place your order by close of business on Monday 09/12/24. We will make every effort to despatch orders required for Christmas in good time. If you miss the deadline and have an urgent need, please speak to us - we will do our very best to accommodate.
Orders for Collection
Orders for collection must be placed as early as possible. As above, we're expecting two large containers in December, so to give us the best chance of preparing your order for collection before Christmas, we ask that you place it by close of business on Monday 09/12/24. As a reminder, our showrooms and collection point are open to visitors until 3pm on Thursday 19/12/24.
Gift Vouchers Available Now
VOUCHERS BY EMAIL
We guarantee email delivery of e-vouchers for Christmas right up until close of business on Wednesday 18/12/24. Vouchers are available in multiples of £25, £50 or £100 and are valid for 12 months.
VOUCHERS BY POST
A small £1.50 P&P charge applies. Printed vouchers can be personalised with a short handwritten message up to 50 characters. For 1st Class post, order your voucher by close of business on Wednesday 18/12/24.
