Order Turnaround Updates

20/01/25 We are working as fast as we can to clear a high volume of orders. We have had an additional unexpected challenge in that Severn Trent Water carried out emergency work on a drain at our loading yard entrance so we have had access difficulties affecting pallet deliveries and collections up to Monday 20 January. We are trying our best to turn orders around within the previous 5 working days for parcels and 10 working days for pallets. Please note that 'working days' excludes weekends, bank holidays and shutdown periods.

07/01/25 Happy New Year to you all! We are now back after the Christmas break and are working as fast as we can to clear the 2 week backlog of orders. We have an additional unexpected challenge in that Severn Trent Water have started emergency work on a drain at our loading yard entrance so we have access difficulties affecting pallet deliveries and collections. We have been told that work should be completed by early next week but we will keep you all updated here. We are still trying our best to turn orders around within the previous 5 working days for parcels and 10 working days for pallets, but please bear with us for a few days. Please note that 'working days' excludes weekends, bank holidays and shutdown periods.

17/12/24 Our second container shipment from the USA has finally arrived. There have once again been several shipping delays caused by weather conditions and subsequent backlogs at port, and other factors. 10/12/24 Our Last Orders date of 09/12/24 has now passed. All orders received from now on are likely to be delivered in the New Year. We are expecting a large container shipment from the USA next Wednesday 18/12/24 which has already been delayed several times for reasons outside of our control. We are prioritising existing back-orders relating to this container. Whilst we will work as quickly as we can to despatch these before the Christmas break, we ask for your understanding and patience as we will have extremely limited time before we close on 20/12/24.

14/11/24 We have just taken delivery of two 40' container shipments from Shimpo and so delivery times are extended temporarily whilst we work through despatching back-orders. We aim to deliver parcel orders within 5 working days and larger mixed pallet orders within 10 working days, as a temporary measure.

03/10/24 We have just received a 40' container shipment from the USA. Our aim is still to get your parcel order to you within 3 working days or pallet order within 5 working days. However, please bear with us if delivery times are slightly extended.
