How do I place an order?
Order online
The easiest way to place an order is through our website. Just click the icon of a person at the top right of our homepage to log in or register. If you don't already have an account, you can set one up quickly and easily by clicking Register for an account and following the step by step instructions.
Order by phone/email
If you prefer to order by phone, you can call us on +44(0)1782 219816. You can also email your order to sales@potclays.co.uk and request a call-back for payment.
Purchase Orders
If you are an organisation that uses Purchase Orders, please send these to sales@potclays.co.uk. Schools and colleges are automatically granted 30 day net invoice terms. We regret that we're no longer able to offer credit facilities to any other type of account.
Overseas Customers
We are able to deliver worldwide with a few exceptions. We also have distributors in some countries - you can check the list here. To obtain a quotation for shipping, you can either email your order details and full shipping address to sales@potclays.co.uk, or you can checkout and pay for your items online and we will be back in touch with a quotation for shipping. Once you've received the shipping quotation, you are under no obligation to continue with the order and you can request a full refund. If you approve the shipping quotation, we will contact you for payment.
Accounts with Discount Schedules
Once you are logged in, if a pre-arranged discount schedule is already set up on your account, you will see the discounted prices when viewing your basket. Note the basket 'Discount' column will show zero but the 'Total' column will show reduced prices. Also see our FAQ "Do you offer discounts?".
We have 3 stock statuses on our product pages:
- In-Stock - This means the item is in stock
- Out Of Stock - This means the item is out of stock.
- Pre-Order - This means the item is out of stock, but available to order online. Please enquire about the ETA of these items if necessary
As always, our stock system is subject to human error and so we can't guarantee 100% accuracy
